These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered CELPIP exam-preparation service, including mock exams, a recalled-question practice bank, and AI-generated scoring and feedback for writing and speaking, available at https://ca.jinshub.com (the "Service").
By creating an account, purchasing any membership, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.
SiPeiXiaoZhuShou provides an AI-powered platform that enables users to prepare for the CELPIP English-language test through realistic mock exams covering listening, reading, writing, and speaking; a regularly updated practice bank of user-submitted recalled exam questions; and AI-generated scoring and feedback on writing and speaking responses. The Service is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product delivered via the internet.
The Service is a digital, intangible product. Upon confirmed payment, access is granted immediately. Due to the immediate digital delivery, specific limitations apply to refunds as described in Section 7.

Our Service utilizes third-party AI model providers. Service performance and availability may be affected by the operational status of these providers. We will endeavor to communicate significant disruptions in a timely manner.
To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
If you register on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
We offer time-limited membership plans for access to the Service. Memberships are available in fixed durations (for example: 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months). Each membership is a one-time purchase that grants access for the full duration purchased and does not auto-renew.
Current pricing is displayed at the point of purchase before you confirm any order.
We reserve the right to modify plan features or introduce new plans at any time. Price changes affect only new purchases and do not change the price or duration of a membership you have already purchased.
Each membership purchase is a one-time transaction. By completing a purchase, you authorize SiPeiXiaoZhuShou (via our payment processor) to charge your payment method for the full amount displayed at checkout, in the currency shown.
We do not charge your payment method on a recurring basis. When your membership expires, access ends automatically. To continue using the Service, you must place a new order.
Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Waffo Pancake, which is responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting applicable taxes (including VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar) where required by law. Prices shown at checkout include any such taxes as itemized by Waffo Pancake.
You will be charged in the currency presented at checkout. Exchange-rate or foreign-transaction fees imposed by your card issuer are your responsibility.
Because memberships do not auto-renew, you do not need to cancel. Your access simply ends when the purchased duration expires.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Refunds for unused time are governed by Section 7 and are not provided except as stated there.
Due to the immediate and intangible nature of our digital services, membership fees are generally non-refundable, except as expressly stated below.
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your account email, transaction ID, and reason. We will acknowledge within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
If you believe there is an error in a charge, please contact us at [email protected] before disputing with your bank or card issuer. We commit to responding within 2 business days and resolving confirmed billing errors within 5 business days. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us does not waive your rights, but direct contact is typically much faster.
Subject to these Terms, AI-generated content produced in response to your inputs ("Outputs") is owned by you. You may use Outputs for any lawful purpose consistent with Section 10.
By submitting content to the Service ("Inputs" — including your writing responses and voice recordings), you grant SiPeiXiaoZhuShou a limited, non-exclusive license to process your Inputs solely to deliver the Service (for example, to generate scores and feedback). We do not use your Inputs to train AI models without your explicit consent.
Our Service uses third-party AI model providers. Outputs may be influenced by these providers' models. We do not guarantee specific output quality and accept no liability for outputs generated by third-party models.
AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying Outputs before relying on them. AI scores are not predictions of your official CELPIP result.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Payment card data is processed exclusively by our PCI-DSS certified Merchant of Record (Waffo Pancake) and is never stored on our servers. Account data, including exam responses and recordings, is retained for 365 days following membership expiration, then deleted.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ACCURACY OF AI OUTPUTS.
We do not guarantee that any question in the Service will appear on an actual CELPIP exam, that any score will match an official score, or that use of the Service will result in any specific test result. Past user experiences do not represent future results.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These Terms remain effective while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, we suspect fraudulent activity, or as required by law. If we terminate for reasons other than your breach, we will provide a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of your prepaid membership. You may stop using the Service at any time; you will not be entitled to a refund except as stated in Section 7.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (PRC), without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Before initiating any formal proceedings, please contact us at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. Any unresolved dispute shall be submitted to the competent people's court having jurisdiction over the Operator's registered address in Chaoyang District, Beijing, unless another forum is required by mandatory law (for example, by mandatory consumer-protection rules in the jurisdiction where you reside).
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before the effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.

The practice question bank consists of user-submitted recollections shared by test takers after their exams. These are independent practice materials prepared by users; they are not reproductions of official CELPIP test questions and are not sourced from any official test bank.
